Warplanes: Air Corp PC

Warplanes: Air Corp is the fifth installment of the series of arcade aviation simulations launched in 2018, and the third game under this banner, prepared for virtual reality sets. An independent Polish studio Home Net Games is behind the creation of this production.

Story

In Warplanes: Air Corp the story layer does not play a particularly important role. During the gameplay, we play the role of a military pilot who undertakes a variety of tasks.

Mechanics

In Warplanes: Air Corp we watch the action from a first-person perspective (FPP). The production puts at our disposal a number of attack helicopters, fighters and multirole aircraft, for which the source of inspiration were real machines. At their helm we carry out a variety of tasks, involving both sky battles and the destruction of enemy infrastructure, air defense systems and the elimination of enemy ships, ground units (such as tanks or mobile rocket launchers) and convoys. Missions take place over a variety of locations - from urban areas to remote military bases.

The developers have made sure that both experienced pilots and novices will find something for themselves here. With the latter in mind, the controls have been simplified, while the former can, among other things, disable automatic targeting systems and manually fire flares. As you progress, you will unlock not only more powerful machines, but also various upgrades for your existing planes and helicopters.

Game modes

Warplanes: Air Corp allows you to play alone, as well as in cooperative mode and to compete with other players in PvP mode.

Technical issues

Warplanes: Air Corp does not impress with the quality of the graphic design. Nevertheless, the whole thing is clear, allowing you to quickly orient yourself in the situation on the battlefield. The cockpits, which replace the interface here, may also appeal. Virtual reality goggles are required to play the game.
