Fallout 76 has come a long and bumpy road from its 2018 release - from a heavily criticized and unwanted game, it has become a title that can be played with pleasure. What especially appealed to the players are the expeditions that come to the online RPG from time to time. Did the recently announced Atlantic City expansion is also worthy of attention? You can find out for yourself, as the update is already available in the game.

The novelties that Bethesda introduced are numerous, to say the least. Let's start with the most important, namely the available areas. As the name suggests, players will visit Atlantic City, which is one of America's gambling capitals.

  1. Those interested will get to know the charms of The Boardwalk or go to the Neapolitan Casino, where they will fight for big winnings.
  2. Two expeditions also await players: "Tax Evasion" and "The most sensational game".
  3. The update introduces to Fallout 76 three factions: The Showmen, Municipal Government and The Family.
  4. In addition, two new enemy types await players: The Overgrown and the Lesser Devil.

Interestingly, the update enables the players to skip part of the tutorial and immediately advance to level 20 by selecting equipment with predetermined benefit cards.

Bethesda also took care of improvements centered around the area of The Forest. Meanwhile, this is how the size of update 1.7.8.8 looks like on each platform:

  1. PC (Steam): 36.8 GB
  2. PC (Microsoft Store): 28.3 GB
  3. PlayStation: 27.3 GB
  4. Xbox: 28.3 GB

If you want to know more details about the above update, head to the game's website, where an extensive announcement has been published.

An introvert by nature. Since childhood, he felt a closer connection to humanism than to the sciences. Instead of exercises in maths, he preferred shutting himself up in his world and inventing new stories of his favorite anime – Dragon Ball. After years of study came a time of stagnation, which he preferred to call "searching for purpose." Looking out for destiny during the 58th screening of his beloved Die Hard, he decided – like John McCLane – to fight for a better future. He found the avenue to do this in Gamepressure. Since he's still a freshman in the newsroom, he doesn't have a target subject he wants to focus on yet. So, you can expect news about farming simulators, or the impact of Johnny Depp's trial on the future of Pirates of the Caribbean. If you ever hear that playing console games and watching movies is futile – remember this story
